Applications & Features

TMB-5 nucleating agent is a representative species of the amide type polypropylene β crystal nucleating agent. At the polypropylene processing temperature, TMB-5 nucleating agent can be dissolved in the resin melt, and re-crystallization with the decrease of the melt temperature, the formation of a larger aspect ratio of the rod-like crystals, then induce polypropylene nucleation crystallization in the form of β crystals, so that the impact strength, heat distortion temperature and porosity of the polypropylene product are improved. In contrast, TMB-5 nucleating agent structure is stable, and almost does not affect β crystal content after the PP several melt extrusion, so it is widely used in PP-R pipe, injection products and dry lithium battery separator preparation process. TMB-5 has good synergistic effect with calcium carbonate(CaCO3). In addition, TMB-5 also promote nucleation of polybutene-1 (PB-1).

The recommended dosage range of TMB-5 nucleating agents is 0.05~0.15 wt% of resin generally. The actual addition amount can be selected according to the product index requirement. In addition to blending with PP directly, this product may also be preformed as a masterbatch.

Application Characteristic

TMC-300 is a specialize of nucleating agents for polylactic acid (PLA),With PLA resin has good compatibility, able to dissolve under the processing temperature in the melt poly (lactic acid) (PLA), in the first place in the process of resin melt cooling crystallization, and by molecular self-assembly to form between the nanoscale fibrous crystals, induction of PLA molecular crystal accessory,and to achieve significantly improve crystallization rate,shorten product cycle time,Improve products heat resistance, bending modulus and the purpose of the surface gloss.In addition, the TMC - 300 on alkanol acid ester (PHAs), poly (butyl diacid butyl glycol ester (PBS), and other crystalline fat based biodegradable polyester also has a good promote crystallization.Based on its structure of hydrazide structure, this article has inhibition and passivation base metal ion (heavy metal ions) catalysis of polymer degradation, and thus shows certain antioxidant properties.

TMC-300 recommended dosage is 0.5 to 1.5% (mass percent) of the resin, resin, such as polylactic acid aggregate support can be appropriately used when other dispersants helped spread evenly. This product can be used to the matrix resin, directly can also be processed into a certain concentration of masterbatch.

Applications & Features

TMC - 306 is a generic variety of acylhydrazine nucleating agent,mainly is suitable for the polylactic acid (PLA), poly (butyl diacid butyl glycol ester (PBS) and poly (alkyl alcohol acid ester (PHAs) crystalline biodegradable polyester, and have the aim of promoting the crystallization of resin, improving the crystallization temperature, shortening the molding cycle, improving the heat resistance temperature, improving the mechanical properties and increasing the surface gloss. At the same time, TMC-306 can effectively improve the heat resistance of polycarbonate (PPC) in processing.

Based on the acylhydrazine group in its structure, TMC-306 has the catalytic effect of inhibitory and passivated metal ions (heavy metal ions) on polymer degradation, thus showing certain anti-oxidative properties.

The recommended dosage range of TMC-306 is 0.5~1.5% (by weight). And it can be employed in conjunction with other appropriate dispersant agents to help disperse when applied polylactic acid and other resins. This product can be directly used in matrix resin or be processed into a certain concentration of masterbatch.

Applications & Features:

The characters of TMP-1 nucleating agents include the ability to accelerate the crystallization rate of PP, PE or other polyolefins resins, shorten the molding cycle of the product, significantly improve the rigidity of the product, simultaneously, improve the transparency, surface gloss and heat distortion temperature, good compatibility, resistance to extraction, no peculiar smell.

The recommended dosage range of TMP-1 nucleating agents is 0.03~0.2 wt% of resin generally. When TMP-1 nucleating agents is employed in conjunction with granular polyolefins resin, such as PP, PE, it is beneficial to use white oil or other dispersant to help disperse evenly.

Applications & Features

TMP-6, classified as substituted-aryl phosphate salts, is α-nucleating agent for polypropylene. Compared to the traditional α-nucleating agents, even at low concentration, TMP-6 can improve the properties of polypropylene to develop superior rigidity, transparency, gloss and heat resistance.

The characters of TMP-6 include good compatibility with resins, easy of dispersion, extraction resistance and without odour. All these characters make TMP-6 widely applied in modified stuffs like PP with high stiffness, transparent injection molded parts, PP automotive parts and disposable syringe.

Meanwhile, TMP-6 can be employed in engineering plastics such as PET, PBT and PA to achieve good nucleating effects. The recommended dosage range of TMP –6 is 0.05~0.15%, and the optimum addictive level can be selected according to the actual condition. TMP-6 can also be employed in conjunction with white oil or other appropriate assistant dispersant agents directly in the field of PP or PE pellets.

Application characteristics

Nucleating agent TMY -4A is suitable for polyolefin, such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE).TMY-4A is a very efficient HDPE nucleating agent, which can increase the peak crystallization temperature of resin and accelerate the curing speed of resin, change the crystallization orientation of resin and improve the barrier property, improve the dimensional stability of products and greatly improve the production efficiency. It is mainly used in colored PE bottle caps, corks, packaging containers, films and food contact materials.TMY-4A can endow PP with excellent physical properties, and its products have unique, bidirectional balanced rigidity and excellent impact resistance, which can meet various harsh application requirements.TMY-4A can improve PP processing rate and production, improve dimensional stability, improve hardness and impact strength, reduce shrinkage deformation and improve HDT performance. What needs to be pointed out in particular is that the TMY-4A can improve the processing rate efficiently, shorten the forming period greatly, especially for the glass fiber enhancement PP. It is mainly used in automobile industry, home appliance shell,tools & instrument, pipe forming and packing & bottle cap, etc.

Application

This product is classified as a representative species of monomeric carbodiimide hydrolysis-resistant stabilizer and it is widely used in polycondensation class engineering plastics(PET,PBT, PA, etc.), biobased and biodegradable plastics(PLA,PPC,PHA, etc.) and polyester type polyurethane elastomer, adhesives and coating systems , which gives excellent hydrolysis resistance to prolong service life of products under harsh working conditions such as high temperature and moist conditions .

Bio-SW 100 can be used as hydrolysis-resistant stabilizer in PU system , adhesives and PET, PBT. The recommended dosage range is 1pbw /100pbw polyester polyol in PU systems , about 1.0 to 2.0 parts relative to solid content(by weight) in adhesive system.,and about 1.0 to 2.0 parts ( by weight) in PET and PBT system.

Application characteristics

Anti-hydrolyser Bio-SW500 is a representative type of polymerized carbide diamine anti-hydrolyser, widely used in bio-bases and biodegradable plastics like PLA, PBAT, PGA, PPC, PHAs, and in condensation cluster engineering plastics such as PET, PBT, PA, as well as in polyester polyurethane elastomer, adhesives and coating systems.Bio-SW500 has good heat resistance stability, can adapt to high processing temperature, prevent dissolve out, can greatly improve the hydrolysis stability of materials, and extend the life of products in harsh use conditions such as high temperature and humidity.In addition, Bio-SW500 can make sealing-end effect in the processing to realize chain expansion and stabilize the melt strength and viscosity of the polyester resin, improving the mechanical properties of the products. Application Features

KL-E4370 is an polymeric epoxy functional chain extender. In its structure, the epoxy functional group can realize the expansion chain of the polymer through reacting with the terminal hydroxyl groups, terminal carboxyl groups and terminal amino groups of polycondensation resin. Thus achieving the purpose of improving polycondensation resin viscosity characteristics, mechanical properties and inhibiting the hydrolysis of polymers.

KL-E4370 chain extenders are blended with modified resins by a double screw extruder, single screw extruder. The recommended dosage is 0.2-1.5 % used in bio-based and biodegradable plastics (such as PLA, PPC, PBS, PHA, etc.) and 0.2-2.0% used in the condensation recycled plastics (such as PET, PBT, PC, PA ,etc.).The specific amount depends on the number of active functional groups and performance requirements of products.
